These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mg222 online gaming platform and its users ("you" or "member"). General Terms of Use

1.2 Single Account Policy
Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, address, device, or internet connection is prohibited. In the event of a violation, additional accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.
1.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. You should not share your password or account details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the mg222 support team immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
mg222 currently accepts transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods:

- Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — UCB's mobile wallet service
2.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits cannot be processed.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Funds are sent to the designated mobile wallet once the verification process is complete. mg222 will not be held liable if processing takes longer due to technical issues, maintenance, or security verification.
2.4 Source of Funds Verification
mg222 may request documents related to the source of funds at any time if deemed necessary. Failure to provide the required information may result in the transaction being suspended or the account being temporarily closed.
Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
mg222 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer is applicable only once per member, per household, or per device.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- mg222 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus for any member if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
- Bonus offers may have an expiry date, and expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- mg222 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
Betting & Gaming Rules
4.1 Game Fairness
All games displayed on the mg222 platform are operated by internationally recognized software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are conducted without any external interference. mg222 does not control the outcome of any game.
4.2 Right to Void Bets
If the result of any bet is deemed questionable due to a technical error, software issue, or data feed disruption, mg222 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount. No additional compensation will apply in such cases.
4.3 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to the sports betting section:
- Bets will be settled based on events that occur after the match has started.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the total value of the bet will be recalculated and applied to the remaining events.
- Accounts will be closed if a member repeatedly attempts to gain an advantage through manipulation by sharing incorrect or predetermined results.
4.4 Technical Errors
If excess funds are credited to an account due to server issues, internet disruption, or any other technical reason, mg222 reserves the right to correct that amount. Any bets placed or withdrawals made using that amount will be considered void.
VIP Program & Rewards
5.1 VIP Tiers
mg222's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
5.2 Tier Change Conditions
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular activity and continued participation. mg222 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers. Cashback amounts and benefits may change without prior notice.
5.3 Rewards Usage Rules
VIP rewards and cashback benefits are non-transferable. Unused rewards will be cancelled if an account is closed or banned. Specific wagering conditions may apply to reward funds, which will be stated in the reward details.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mg222 platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:
6.1 Fraud & Manipulation
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage.
- Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other members.
- Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to meet bonus requirements ("arbitrage betting").
- Identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
6.2 Money Laundering
Using the mg222 platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, mg222 will suspend the relevant account and conduct an investigation.
6.3 Account Sharing
Allowing any third party to operate your account, or selling, renting, or transferring your account, is prohibited. The registered member is responsible for all activities carried out on the account.

7.1 Collection of Personal Information
